Those who indiscriminately cut down trees shall be ordered by the forestry department of the people's government at or above the county level to replant trees that are more than twice but less than three times the number of indiscriminately cut trees in their original location or in another place within a specified period of time, and may be fined more than three times but less than five times the value of the indiscriminately cut trees.
